Call to secure a spot in LynnAnn's schedule that will work with your event mailing. A $25.00 USD nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve the date. All checks should be made to: LynnAnn Babuk.

LynnAnn's workload is such that she can schedule +/- 100 wedding sets per 5 business days.

The client will need to provide a complete TYPED list (11 pt or larger). This list is to be exactly as the client wants it to appear on the envelopes (label or stacked format). No faxed, spread sheet or handwritten lists will be accepted.

The client will provide the envelopes plus 10% or 10 extra, which ever is larger.

When LynnAnn receives a job, she aims to complete it earlier than the agreed due date. If there are any changes or additions after the notified "due date", there will be an 'Encore Charge' of $20.00 in addition to the agreed upon price. This charge covers extra bookkeeping costs, re-mixing of paints and/or inks and re-setup costs.

LynnAnn will provide a sample of all colored inks for client acceptance. Please allow for extra-time in your schedule.

Clients will be responsible for all shipping / mailing costs.

Since this is a handwritten process, rush orders are accepted on an time availability basis. There is an additional $50.00 rush-fee for any order requiring expedited delivery.
